2. Information, not advice
The content on this site, including Insights articles, is general information. It is not accounting, tax, financial or legal advice for your circumstances. Laws and rates change, and an article may not reflect the latest position.
Using the site or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship. That starts only when we both sign an engagement letter. Please do not act on the site's content without getting advice for your situation.
3. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You may not try to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, send automated or spam submissions through the enquiry form, or copy its content in bulk.
4. Copyright and trade marks
The site and its content, including text, articles, graphics, photographs, the Nkabanhle name and logo, and the site's design, belong to Nkabanhle Consulting (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. They are protected by the Copyright Act 98 of 1978 and other intellectual property laws.
You may read, print or share a link to any page for your own non-commercial use. You may quote a short extract from an Insights article if you credit Nkabanhle Consulting and link to the original. Any other use, including republishing articles in full or using our name or logo, needs our written permission.
5. The Nkabanhle Network
The Nkabanhle Network is being developed and is not yet operating. Describing it on the site is not a promise to introduce you to any professional. If we do introduce you to another professional, we will tell you in writing beforehand about any referral fee or commission involved. That professional is responsible for their own services.
6. Links to other websites
The site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code. We may change or remove content at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nkabanhle is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your personal information and cookies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
